I have Kushiel's Mercy. I called UPS and the second girl I talked to was both far more pleasant and infinitely more competent than the first one and since the driver was still out they sent him back.

1. When fighting constructs of the Immaculate Dragons, my response to being attacked by Pasiap with his giant tetsubo was "I'm in Graceful Crane Stance. I spend for the second Dodge excellency and jump up and land on the end of his tetsubo." I did it successfully. Yay two-die stunts. Best dodge EVER.

My roommates totally just spent the last 20 minutes laughing at me for being awkward about the sex scenes in Kushiel's Legacy, and the fact that I couldn't read them straight.
